For Fuze, one of the leading cloud-based communications and collaboration platform providers, White Light Visual produced and installed all the super graphics for the Flex Summit, which took place at The Revere Hotel in Boston. The gathering brought together top industry experts to discuss new ways of working across multiple offices, remote locations, and coworking spaces.
The event was a fast-paced urban meeting, confined by the constraints of a bustling hotel, where meetings happen daily and new guests arrive to see a level of detail and finish that communicates a high-level of service and professionalism. What it takes to plan, resource and pull off such an event seamlessly is an incredible orchestration of talent and timing.
Supporting Fuze, White Light Visual produced custom branded carpeting, colorful column wraps, surface skins, dimensional and vinyl logos and stylish clear window films that ALL had to appear as permanent environmental graphics that needed to be brought in and installed one one day and dismantled the next - leaving no trace. Everything from large expanses of Phototex®, dimensional acrylic fit into a faux-ivy wall covering, removable vinyl decals, Lintec optically-clear glass films and floor decals were efficiently deployed to transform the space and wow attendees is order immerse them in branding elements, creative inspiration and to create a lasting impression from participating in an inspiring experience.
